Just like our travel – we have planned this process specially for you! To start designing go to our “Design your Adventure” page on our website which will guide you through the basics we will need to start putting together your dream trip to Africa. You can also start by sending us a message or giving us a call if you are more comfortable with that-tell us everything! Your dream destinations, your passions, your must-haves, and anything else that sparks excitement. The more details, the better!

Designing your Experience: Next your Sereni Travel Curator will get busy, using all that info to craft an itinerary that’ll make your heart race! We’ll choose lodges that make a positive impact and design experiences that are tailor-made just for you.

Refining your Adventure: Once we’ve got the basics down, we’ll send over your personal itinerary. We’ll fine-tune it with you until it’s absolutely spot on, making sure every detail is just right. Design is in the details after all!

Payment: When you're happy, a deposit secures your booking and covers things like accommodation, local flights, and conservation fees. The rest is due 10 weeks before your trip-simple as that. We offer a limited number of travel itineraries per month to make sure our guests get the level of service they should expect from Sereni so it is important to get your spot secured asap. 

Pricing: We keep things transparent (this is one of our company cornerstones), so you’ll know exactly where your money is going-ensuring more funds reach where they’re needed most. If you’re curious, just ask, and we’ll happily explain!

Pre-Trip Support: Leading up to your trip, we’re here to help with everything-restaurant bookings, extra activities, and all those little details. Before you jet off, we’ll give you a call to go over your itinerary and send you off with a bon voyage!

During Your Explorations: When you land, one of our local partners will be waiting for you! If anything unexpected happens (delayed flight? Don’t worry!), you’ll have a contact number and email for emergencies. Otherwise, it’s time to relax, explore, and enjoy your adventure! Rest assured that we will be quietly guiding you through your travels – think of us like your fairy godmothers of travel. 

After You Get home: You will have been officially inducted into the Sereni Tribe. Let’s chat about what you loved, share a couple of your favourite memories on our website ‘Memory Wall’ for others to see and be inspired by. If you have any tips for making the next trip even better we would also love to hear about these – communication is so important amongst family.
